We're praying the Novena to the Holy Spirit, from today, the Friday after Ascension Thursday to Saturday, the Vigil of Pentecost. This novena commemorates the nine days between the Ascension of Our Lord and the descent of the Holy Spirit on the first Pentecost Sunday.
