TODAY! Diocese of Providence to celebrate Holy Mass to Pray for Pope Francis Fri., April 25 at Noon

PROVIDENCE, RI - United with the universal Church, the Diocese of Providence will celebrate Holy Mass on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Noon at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Providence to pray for the repose of the soul of the late Pontiff, Francis, who returned home to the Lord April 21, 2025.

All the faithful of the Diocese are invited and encouraged to attend this special Mass, in which we will give thanks for the extraordinary life and ministry of Pope Francis, and commend his soul to the mercy of Almighty God.
