WARWICK — Most priests wouldn’t see much of a connection between the high stakes world of investment banking and their role as a pastoral shepherd. Even fewer could say they have several years’ experience as a financial advisor under their belt. However, Deacon Brian Morris, who will be ordained to the priesthood in the Diocese of Providence this Saturday, June 3, isn’t a typical seminarian. He was working as an advisor for UBS financial services company in Washington, D.C., when he heard the call to the priesthood, and he isn’t afraid to draw a connection between the two. More.
