Bay View freshman receives ‘Heart of the Arts Award’ for Rhode Island

RIVERSIDE — St. Mary Academy - Bay View freshman Cecelia Egan has received the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) “2018 Heart of the Art Award” for her dedication to performing arts.
